My last year in college, on the nights that I would get high, I would always listen to Steely Dan's Gaucho album. My high would peak when the title track would come on. For years later I could feel that high when that song played.

So maybe you could find a song to listen to every time you get that relaxing feeling, and eventually the song can prompt that feeling.
