Had a 2060 and 4790k, ran most games fine, and only in cyberpunk was i stuck with 40fps because of the cpu. Otherwise its a good combo

Noctua cooler is overkill for a 5600. If you dont mind a tiny bit more noise, the stock cooler is fine

If you’re looking to save a few bucks the 7600 non x has a stock cooler which is more than sufficient. The 7600 can also be lightly overclocked with PBO to reach the performance of the 7600x.

If this was available on ps4, i could understand. But why not just download the game directly? Even if you dont have space you can always delete and reinstall games
