I'm not a computer graphics expert (though have at least a little experience with video game dev), but ~~considering Toy Story uses ray-traced lighting~~ I would say it at least depends on whether you have a ray-tracing capable GPU. If you don't, probably not. I would guess you could get something at least pretty close out of a modern day game engine otherwise.

Likewise, an open source project can totally die if they refuse to engage with the needs of the users. The lack of moderation and content management tools have been a longstanding criticism of Lemmy, and instances will migrate to alternatives that address these concerns. It is a genuine legal liability for instance operators if they are unable to sufficiently delete CSAM/illegal content or comply with EU regulations.

I remember when this article came out, and it has stuck with me as the most pure example of evil. Maybe not evil, but I can't find a better word to describe the careless, selfish cruelty. They're building a better world for themselves and themselves alone, and using our sacrifice to do it.
