OMG, it's so trivial. What you do is when T2 happens you send an atomic clock back in time to T1 and start counting till T2 happens again. If T1 and T2 happen in different locations you send two entangled clocks and collapse the state on T2 clock when the event happens measuring the exact moment on T1. How is this an issue?

I didn't have internet until I was able to take responsibility for what I do with it. Not because my parents were so smart but because it simply wasn't available where I lived. I said it before and I will said it again: fuck off with the constant "Linux is not ready to go mainstream". Who cares? There will always be some software that doesn't support Linux and there will always be people who will prefer Windows. The goal was never to move everyone to Linux or create a OS perfect for everyone. The goal was to for Linux not to die because of shady MS practices, lack of HW support, DRM and proprietary standards. Guess what? Linux is not going anywhere now. We won. We can talk about something else now.

My guess is that they will what any other city council would do. I don't think being all-female will suddenly change their politics. While it's an interesting fact I would say that expecting all-female council to govern differently than other councils is a little bit sexist.
