The ridiculous thing is, it has 3 cameras pointing forward, you only need 2 to get stereoscopic depth perception with cameras...why the fuck are they not using that!?

Edit: I mean, I know why, it's because it's cameras with three different lenses used for different things (normal, wide angle, and telescopic) so they're not suitable for it, but it just seems stupid to not utilise that concept when you insist on a camera only solution.

Only seeding new stuff that everyone else is also seeding is not good for torrenting in general, it will kill a lot of content that's more than a few years old and/or not completely mainstream.

I absolutely love how these things always look like janky scrapyard inventions, despite (usually) costing a fortune to build.

why not download a copy?

I mean, keeping copies is actually pretty stupid and wasteful for most people. Most only watch things once but still keep the copy around taking up space for no good reason other than because they can. Why waste storage on things you don't really have a need for? That's just hoarding...

That said, I'm still the type of person who keeps things around just in case I want to watch it again...but if I'm being honest, I probably don't need to store ~80% of my library though.

I mean, "serverless computing" has always only meant that it's "serverless" for the customer who buys the compute power in the sense that they don't have to bother the slightest with the architecture or managing it. Not really anything to reveal there...

No selection on your server is probably better...at least for your taste.

The phrasing of the law would most likely allow use of VPN for commercial use but ban for private use, so it's unlikely to have a major impact on coorporate IT work in general.

The article also mentions this VPN ban in a context of VPN services being marketed specifically for piracy use as the scope rather than "legitimate" VPN services in general.

But yeah, these people can get bent...
