I recognize that fish, that's an exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Haven't been there in a long time.
Anybody know how it might effect power consumption? I know routers are dirt cheap to run, like $1 a month, but I'm sure it will have a measurable impact at the scale of a large nation.
You're correct, my mistake.
Even when I'm on the phone I always use the browser so idk about the apps, the Piefed API is 95% similar to Lemmy.
Piefed is written in Flask which is similar to Django that I think but I'm not certain Lemmy is built on. The practical difference is the Piefed developers aren't the Lemmy developers, so you can use Piefed without inadvertently supporting horrible people.
Something about it does seem a little off, like they missed a line when they traced the hand so it looks like his finger is broken, but I don't think it was AI...?
Also, mice will get into bags.
Probably in reference to Fox News advocating the USA "burn some bridges" with Denmark by "liberating" Greenland, the dumb fucking assholes.
Honey, we all know they're hitting the ceiling they predicted in their OpenAI paper on AI Scaling Laws in 2020 and corrected by Deepmind's 2022 followup paper. It's trash now and it will always be trash, attempting to give it that infinite power and compute time to reach 94% is just an exercise in futility.
That's a fun thought but StackOverflow are early adopters for AI so they're probably not much different at all.
Gen X betrayed all expectations when they elected Trump, now my outlook on the future is that social media campaigns are too effective and humanity is heading down the worst possible path.
I can't wait to see his bitch ass freak out and fire people. Perhaps he'll even get mad enough to revoke Elon's contracts.
Jokes on you, I use those sentences interchangeably.
