A lot of valid reasons for the price to be high but that's still a lot of money. $80 for a game hurts. It went from a must buy early this year when I heard about it to ehh... Maybe I'll see what happens first.

Played Little Secrets with 3 other adults and then later with 2 additional teenage children. Super fun game, easy to learn, easy to play and was a lot of laughing.

Made by the same people as exploding kittens.

Also for context we play games every weekend, some intense and some relaxed. This is a relaxed game for end of the night or when the group is a little tired but wants to play something without a lot of rules.

I'm sure it'll be fun and I'm always glad to have more trek.

Two things concern me, first every person we've met previously from section 31 has been an asshole. Intentional writing to make them them an organization working against the ideals of the federation. Will that make it harder for me to like the characters or their missions? I am unsure if I want to relate better to them.

The second is that universe ending stuff has little emotional impact on me, it's unimaginable to me especially with the CGI required to visualize it. Episodes always hits me harder when it's a planet, a species, a special person or some mystery to be discovered.

As a child, the house we grew up in had a very large tree in our back yard. I had a memory of burying some skeleton keys near it but couldn't remember where. The house was old enough that we'd find skeleton keys occasionally and also as a kid they are special.

I searched for days, weeks, months... Digging holes all over the yard and under the tree. I recruited neighborhood kids and friends.

For two summers we searched for buried treasure. Never found them. Might have been a dream I had of burying the keys. I still think about it occasionally and wonder. The tree is long gone and the truth is I'll never know for sure.

I know all the reasons I should be on Firefox, but I just love Vivaldi so much.

I've been using it for years and have it tuned perfectly for anything I do. It's feature rich, and fast.

Occasionally there are apps or even tools in life where you are like holy shit, this is exactly made for how I want to do a task/job.

My gestures are so ingrained in me, sometimes I catch my hand moving the mouse to perform an action in another unrelated app. My brain notices instantly but can't stop my hand from trying to do it anyway. It makes me laugh.

Where can I find more of your work? I checked your post history and could find no other social media or websites.

No one wants to be on the losing side. Not that this election is a sure thing, but people shift with the wind and then tell themselves they "called" it.

Every other company seems to charge for parental controls. It's so stupid, I don't need another fee just because I have a child in my life.

I wanted to degoogle, so I looked for a new router and ended up with an Asus.

I understand your point and this poster didn't excite me either, but Fury road had two famous people in it as well and I consider it iconic.

It may be just a copy cat movie.... Or it may pull a performance from them both that surprises us.

I honestly just don't know what to expect from either actor.

Black-eyed Susan. They grow in big bunches and expand outward each year in a ring where the seeds fall. Just a simple flower that stands out in late summer in my area and lasts through fall. It's low maintenance too.

I want to like mastodon but I don't want to do the leg work of finding accounts. I like the algorithm to some extent, I want help to find things.

I also have trouble deciding how to support the post. Liking doesn't do anything and tooting or whatever puts it on my page. I don't feel part of the community boosting topics I like.

I like voting things up and down.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I try and get instantly bored because I have to hunt for everything. I really tried.

Couldn't forward emails until about a month ago.

Their drive app backs up only the computer it's on and other computers cant access that backup. It's like a sectioned off part. Or I can upload files that any of my devices can access.

Their calendar has some problems with compatibility of run into and it's things that the person on either side can't change. Not world ending but it's really annoying.

They literally just added the ability to automatically add holidays to the calendar. And of course I had set it up about a month prior so I manually entered everything.

The proton drive app for your phone doesn't automatically back up anything.

I'm not shitting on proton because I'm an active proton unlimited subscriber and I use a bunch of their services, but I also recognize the flaws and how it's not as seamless as Google yet, which I don't expect it to be.

I also wish they had some better Linux support in preaching to the choir with that.

Love their vpn and the netshield features. Email works great and I love knowing I can read an email and automatically have trackers blocked. Aliases are great but I use their simple login site free with my proton subscription too. So my point is I like them lots, but it's not a complete Google replacement yet.
