That was done by immigration and 2 separate judges 6 years ago, and then confirmed by the president of el salvador when he asked for him to be sent there. Trump was presenting the facts that he was ruled to be MS13 by 2 separate Judges and immigration.

He had already seen a judge TWICE in relation to being deported. Both times they ruled to deport him.
