I've been concerned that we might get a giant influx of Americans, who have more purchasing power with that strong USD and would price Canadians out of any and all housing. Plus building aggressively like this is a good stimulus to the economy. Let's hope it works.

we've instituted Analog Sundays at our house. No screens of ANY kind. No computer, no tablets, no tv, no phone. Books, boardgames, sketch books, musical instruments. It makes for a great brain reset and lowers those cortisol levels a titch.

I just tried DRL (Drone Racing League) on Steam and did the tutorial. It's fun.

I've always had an interest in photography, so that might be my entry point. As I said to Dearche in this thread, I just tried a drone racing game and that was fun. I'll keep at it!
