Fuck me, I'm tired of this shit. Sure let's just make a clusterfuck bigger and drag another nuclear capable (?) country further into the conflict. Fuck off you dumb mf's. Yes the attack on Israel was terrible, but don't try to hide your (Netanyahu's) faults by starting wars and killing other people. And don't let me hear the "they started" argument, you look like fucking childeren.

I’m more interested in good RSS feeds than RSS readers. Of courseI’ve got all my news in there, but I’m looking to add interesting feeds but don’t know where to look.

This isn't a too shabby of an idea. It probably won't be used but a mix of stores and homes in one building sounds great.

Leaning on Google’s expertise in privacy and security

Lol. Google's expertise on privacy. Yeah, they probably know really well how to circumnavigate all those pesky privacy rules.

I've been on the verge of cancelling my subscription for multiple times now. But everytime I try an alternative it's missing something (for instance capture one mobile does not do masks/layers...), and so I keep shipping shitloads of money to a company which has dickass privacy rules and extorts you out of money.

Proxmox on NUC8I5BEH (k.fe.derate.me)

I recently acuired a secondhand NUC8I5BEH and installed proxmox on it. But it randomly is unreachable from my LAN. There are no errors in syslog. When I connect a monitor there is no signal. So the NUC seems crashed. The fan is spinning and the LAN lights are on. It's not viewable on my unifi controller and it's not pingable. Where can I start looking for the problem?

But the big question is, did google provide good answers for the third tab?

Really, you're going to quote a comedy website/image? It also even depends on what they mean with "dangerous". If they mean dangerous for the passengers (which is a viable assumption since how many deaths are caused by hot air balloons excluding the persons traveling with the hot air balloon?) this could even be a true graph. So hold you "offended" feeling and just laugh at the joke at hand.

On macOS you need to do that quite a couple of times. Changing settings, installing stuff to run in the background, install stuff to open open login, etc. So it is there. Furthermore a lot of programs and guides for linux are written to make it easy so they use sudo but you don't always have to run it as root. But not doing so usually requires more steps. So linux is more restricting but to circumvent that, people use sudo a bit too much.

Looking through the writefreely.org instances on their website, a lot of the links are dead or closed for registration. The one that is open and working is promoting a paid version. Is hosting a writefreely instance heavy on resources, attracting the wrong people or just not "cool" enough?

Innovation and privacy go hand in hand here at Mozilla…

Is this the time to drop firefox?

This is something that happens in every war, but it's difficult in this particular one since there is a very slim chance other countries will come to the rescue. So it's all up to the Ukrainians themselves to cope with this thread/war.

Frustrating title. It's not the wild boars of Europe, but of (per the article) Germany and Austria. And they actually talk mostly/only about Germany and Bavaria.

You've never watched a romatic movie or chickflick have you?

Is it possible to start out at, let's say, 20 years and be sharp as a knife. Never forgetting things, never dropping things, always have an answer ready and can do multiple things at once. And then around 30 you suddenly drop stuff you have in your hands, you forget if you locked the door, your contactlenses have gone missing from the storagecontainer, people need to stop talking while you drive?

To add: we are not paying (for) anything, we are not the product, all the costs are covered by volunteers. So if a server is a bit wonky or slow, remember that you're not entitled to anything.
And as you said, the software needed to go from 20 to 100 in a blink of an eye. Where they thought they would have time to handle everything gently and in due course needed to be done much faster.
Furthermore, most developers also run an instance (which suddenly needs to be scaled and troubleshot), need to answer questions, moderate, handle PR's on github and solve bugs. All while also having a family and other acticities to attend to.

I have been in the pool (build-in pool at ground level) the last few days and I noticed that there are a lot of dead flying insects in there. Or insects that are about to drown. I rarely swim in natural water and when I do, it usually is not that clear to see if it happens there as well. So are threy drowning in natural water as wel? It's not that the sides of the pool are to slippery or steep to get out, they sometimes just land in the water and can't fly back out. Do they drown in natural water? And if not, why do they die in poolwater?
