someone mentioned rice and beans but im going to specifically say rice and lentils. dry lentils will cook up with rice in a rice cooker along with the rice with no extra steps. just rinse the rice and dry lentils (or don't but uh, modern food can have some nasty chemicals) put in the cooker with the usual two cups of water for each cup of solids. Add anything handy you can for flavor be it seasoning or veg or sauces or whatever. Literally cannot think of a simpler meal to make and its ingredients don't need canning or refrigeration necessarily. Just need the rice cooker for convenience.

Whats funny is the assasination attempts both seem to be voters of his from 2016 and just before that we got one of those convicted from the riots who showed anger because they left them hanging in the wind. Seems to me all the anger they have bread into the folks they weaponized is coming back to bite them.

Its so weird how outlandish is gobbled up. Its like being in the eighties but half the population insists the weekly world news is the real source of truth and votes based on its articles.

Im not diagnosed but I find a lot of the things posted apply to me. I mean if its the same thing and if you mean get over it permanent then I don't think that will happen. Im like pretty old and it still happens and it can get done but its like moving through molasses and you have to have it as a high priority. If you do anything you must do this thing. You are not allowed to do anything else till it gets done. Do anything at all towards it. Get the website open, gather the info you need. Just plan out what you need to do and put it somewhere (emails to myself are my go to). Anything at all towards doing it is good. anything else bad. hammer hammer hammer your brain. I know I hate it, I know it depresses me, but the buck stops here. Im the adult. Im resposible to support myself and others. They will suffer if I do not and it will be my fault. No way I know to make it easy.

its not a flaw. its important that anyone can seek redress with the courts. A judge can site contempt of court for frivolous lawsuits.

It amazes me how long the messaging is muted. Permafrost started releasing methane in the twenty teens and folks still seem to think we will keep it below 1.5 or even 2 if we stop emitting.

this is what gets me. Even barring the insurrection itself his unwillingness to accept his loss and not cooperating with the handover. Its funny I remember bush junior was known for not working with the clinton administration on the handover coming in which caused them to be unaware of the al-kaida threat and then trump won't prep the incoming administration. so they are resistant acting properly both coming and going. Myabe the republican party should drop out of running canidates in presidential elections due to incompetence.
