Is the shutdown about cost per user? why not just limit signups in a case like that? I sorta assumed some instances were personal instances with no real signups and some where more open public. I don't see why someone can't run something with the intention of carrying like 10 users max or 100 or 1000 or what not.

Being lost is scary and its not a good time to hit on someone. Also your babysitter is going to weirded out by attention from you with such and age gap. Also crybaby is a relative thing. Im sure there is someone who under the right circumstances would not cry when you would.

Everyone I know who left moved back unless they got a nice job in the new local and in those cases they generally moved because of the job. Everyone I know who thought they would find greener pastures did not. They found many places had all sorts of other weird tax structures but with less job opportunities and worse public amenities. The only reason I know of many is because im fairly old so have a few decades of seeing folks make mistakes. Oh one last group are those who left for warmer or drier weather and they are usually happy.
