Also go look at the actual https://libredirect.github.io/ site it's how I discovered most of the Invidious/Wikiless/Nitter/etc style projects in existence.

"The final reason why the importance of ideology in fascism must be denied is the fact that it exists in more than one form. In fact, historically it has proved to have three different faces.

One “out of power" that tends almost to be revolutionary and subversive, anticapitalist and antisocialist.

One "in power but not secure” — this is the sensational aspect of fascism that we see on screen and read of in pulp novels, when the ruling class, through its instrumental regime, is able to suppress the vanguard party of the people’s and workers’ movement.

The third face of fascism exists when it is “in power and securely so.” During this phase some dissent may even be allowed."

You've got to love a show that does a genocide-themed April Fool in the middle of an actual genocide! All I saw for TA was them laughing at people who were horrified by the thumbnail. Like it doesn't have its own demoralizing effect. And then the actual show was Brace defending hanging up an SS flag. Very cool!

At least Carl Beijer's April Fool made me click through to the actual joke (fake thumbnail, he's written for Jacobin so the infamous COMPACT mag would not be a surprise to me, but I guess he despises them, good joke).

Every day people around us log on and watch snuff films on mainstream social media apps later with giddy enjoyment

Not surprised to see this site go full NAFO as things begin to sour.

Are you gonna link to this or make me slog through capitol hill journalism? Are you some kind of vague sadist?
