The way everything makes you happy is the same. The hormones through which they make you happy is the same and there is no limit to this. For example, you might think that a certain type of food makes you happy in a different way than another type of food but this is an illusion, they are all the same actually. They all make you secrete more dopamine and nothing more or different. Every kind of drug makes you happy in the same way. Furthermore, the more things you experience that makes you happy, the harder it will become for you to be happy because your standards will increase each time. So please keep this in mind, you dont have to try everything in life even if it is for only once. Every happiness that you experience is the same. Dont fall into the illusion that they are different just because the source of happiness is different, it is always the same happiness. There is only one type of happiness. There was an experiment where they gave rats dopamine and then those rats died from hunger. The happiness you experience from eating is the same as the happiness from cocaine. They are all the same. Do not fall for consumerism.

No, it is moral if they consent and they will consent because thats their belief. We will not put them in chains, they will do this voluntarily. We just have to forcibly take away their wealth and then they will be okay with it since they will become the losing side since thats what they believe and they will also believe that they deserved to be in that situation. In conclusion, they will be voluntary slaves and leave slavery if they leave protestantism. We have a lot of poor and homeless people suffering because of their beliefs and the system they have built so why is it not fair if we do the same?

I mean can't we just enslave them if they think working a lot without asking much in return is ethical? If they think that the poor deserves to be poor and they will go to hell anyways so if we keep them poor and enslave them and tell them that they deserve it and should be working for us and simply accuse them of being sinful if they do not comply? If they want to be crushed under capitalism so much then why not just give them what they want and we can live comfortable and enjoyable lives while they are working for us.

Hello, Im kind of new here and trying to get used to Lemmy and I was wondering about if this is true since I am considering donating on this site to support alternative projects but wanted to hear other users before doing so. That being said, what have been your experiences?
