I’m reading Always Coming Home and loving the solar punk vibes, but it’s not really a novel, more of an anthropologist’s field report.
My friend has this poster when we were kids.
Yep, same here. You can always tell when you cross into PA.
I’ve heard that too about old photography.
I had been on Reddit for 10+ years and never went near the ‘popular’ subs and I always had a great experience. I also didn’t go around trying to pick fights and also just ignored anything I didn’t like, so I was able to avoid almost all negative interactions.
Edit to add: I completely agree with you, if it wasn’t clear lol
Eh, to me it’s all boring. :-)
Played it back in mid-2017 and loved it. As someone mentioned, the end-game was super cool and intense. I loved the whole game, it was very relaxing in a way. I found stepping away and coming back to help with figuring out puzzles.
Awesome, just joined! Gonna download the demo tonight.
Use soap and water and rub it with my fingers. Shake the excess water off then use a microfiber to finish up. We use microfibers to clean around the house and always have clean ones handy.
What!? No way.
The spatial geography on this one seems a little wonky. It’s all ‘in the Vulcan’ system but then the moon is ‘at the edge of the sector’. I mean, that could make sense but just seemed a little weird to me. Also weird: if this moon is in the Vulcan system, then you would think the Vulcans would have already surveyed it themselves, seeing as they have been spacefaring for hundreds (thousands?) of years. I just can’t see them leaving it alone when it seems to be common knowledge that there are the remains of an advanced civilization on it.
Gotta second the Miele. We have the C3 and it is fantastic. Our friend who is allergic to cats barely had any trouble when she comes over because of that vacuum, she even ended up buying one too.
They are expensive so hopefully you can find a used one. There are also places that will repair them, so you don’t need to trash them if something breaks.
