I'd be worried about rats nibbling my nutsack while I sleep on the floor of an abandoned factory.

I don't remember where I was, but I remember waiting for something and two women across from me were talking shit in Spanish about every not obviously Spanish speaking person who came in. I didn't say anything, but at one point one of them said something that was just spot on and hilarious about this dude who walked in and I just started laughing, which let them know I understood them. They weren't so talkative after that.

Most of my searches have to do with video games, and I have yet to see any of those AI generated answers be accurate. But I mean, when the source of the AI's info is coming from a Fandom wiki, it was already wading in shit before it ever generated a response.

If it wasn't for the fact that even an AI trained on only factually correct data can conflagrate those data points into entirely novel data that may no longer be factually accurate, I wouldn't mind the use of AI tools for this or much of anything.

But they can literally just combine everything they know to create something that appears normal and correct, while being absolutely fucked. I feel like using AI to generate code would just give you more work and waste time, because you'll still need to fucking verify that it didn't just output a bunch of unusable bullshit.

Relying on these things is absolutely stupid.

I don't know if I simply didn't get that in biology, or if I was just bad at biology (I passed with a D; though most of that was because I didn't want to go to FFA meetings that were a requirement of the class). I only know the phrase because of memes.

I can't even get past the fact that the stories and dialogue in most movies these days are dull, flat, and lifeless to even have noticed the visuals are also becoming shit. Everything made for profit will eventually become homogeneous garbage as it tries to capture the attention of the lowest common denominator.

I found out about hypoglycemia because I had an episode of it once. I thought I was just pooped from playing paintball all day; but it was because I didn't eat anything at all that day.

If I ever get hungry to the point of nausea now, I don't ignore it.

I don't really get the hype for Citizen Kane.

Though, I kinda think it might be because growing up, this movie was spoiled in almost every cartoon I ever saw ("Rosebud" was the punchline of so many jokes) and maybe not knowing the ending would have made it better. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Had just made a joke about this and it got me wondering: is this a dick move? Is it even legal? Nobody truly believes their wish will come true, right? That's just free money sitting in the water. Or would most people these days consider them to be donations? I can only assume that someone has to clean them out every now and then so as not to become totally filled with coins. Who would keep it? The city? The private institution that owns the fountain (if in some corporate lobby area or something)? Is it donated to charity?

Secondary question: Is this even a tradition outside the US? How common around the world is throwing coins into wells or fountains and making a wish?
