I'm curious, what makes you prefer Libretube?

Fatal crashes have actually gone up in recent years. Likely due to an uptick in SUVs and pick up trucks with their huge blind spots

There are less crashes now overall but they are far more deadly.

I'd rather live in a city or town with mixed use development, walkable neighbourhoods and functional public transport instead of suburbian nightmare pictured in #1.

There's also townhouses that are a good compromise between urban density and home ownership/garden usage while still being more energy efficient than standard family homes.

Same with any NSFW content. Lame

I ended up creating a new account with a throwaway email because my old accounts got banned

Bro you're a westerner by any measure. Unless you have spent your formative years in China you are considered a westerner even if you have Chinese blood

They didn't care for many years when /jailbait or /creepshots (pictures taken of women without their consent) was still a thing. It brought them traffic along with all their other porn subs

They only cared when advertisers caught wind of them & considered dropping out

From Wikipedia:

Communities devoted to explicit material saw rising popularity, and r/jailbait, which featured provocative shots of underage teenagers, became the chosen "subreddit of the year" in the "Best of reddit" user poll in 2008, and at one point, making "jailbait" the second most common search term for the site.[3] Erik Martin, general manager of Reddit, defended the subreddit by saying that such controversial pages were a consequence of allowing free speech on the site.[117]

My issue with Mastodon is that many big companies still use Twitter/X as their main way to publish news outside of of their websites and press releases.

Or it's simply not economically viable to use half of the airplane as a playground, because parents will never be willing to spend 2x the amount on flight tickets because they're perpetually broke
