So much this. I spent probably 2 hours try to get something to work that it said would work before giving up, spending 5 minutes to Google and finding the solution that I could use to get what I wanted done and more.
After that I rarely ask it for help.
I love glass and choose it over plastic every time, but there is the argument that using glass causes more CO2 emissions because of the extra weight.

If it's any consolation, there is now a system in place where average people have taken charge of handling shit like this because HR are too busy protecting the company to care. I'm not in AB, but I do know that the system exists and the people running that department give a shit about the people who have problems.

What do you find that you miss the most? I've considered trying onshape but I don't really like cloud based software (yes, I know F360 is semi cloud based).
I fully agree, as a person who actually likes windows, and who's career it made in IT support, I'm sick of this BS they're pulling. I want people to like windows (except Win11, fuck Win11) because is some ways it's really awesome, but that'll never happen like this.
I think the biggest risk to me falling behind on that shit is just general disinterest or cost barriers, like with VR
