You are probably thinking of another talented blonde Australian actress.
"American actress Jaime Presley from North Carolina" is one of my more successful characters, all I had to do was a Southern American accent and people think I'm a completely different person.
Then again, nobody ever expects an actress to be playing the role of another actress.
I am not clicking on that.
Obligatory promotion from Lemmy's favorite T-shirt saleswoman, yours truly.

Help actors get paid during the strike, support unions and labor movements, and have your chance to look like an actual celebrity. What's not to love?
No, That's "Thanks, esteemed Academy Award nominated character actress Margot Robbie" to you!
Striking and unionization is literally one of the hottest thing a man/woman/nonbinary person can do.
Trust me, I'm an expert at being ridiculously hot.
I've never seen anyone trying to impersonate me on Lemmy, but if you ever see them, could you tell them to promote my latest movie, now also available on streaming, since I'm still on strike?
Made a movie about it with a toy company's money.
Remember that the way you are right now doesn't have to be your ending, and you can grow beyond your roots and find your humanity again.
Postmodernist cynicism had it's time in the sun, but now it's time for a New Sincerity: So what if you live in a world where nothing matters, when you've always had the capability to choose what matters to you?
Because I'm still here after the movie promotion for some inexplicable reason?
Well, yeah, there is just so much junk "originals" on streaming services since the studios think the best way to gain subscribers is quantity over quality.
Back in the day, random bad movies are FUN to watch, but now, they are just bad in a boring way.
I don't think anybody wants to attach their name to a bad show, people usually want to be proud of what they worked on. But of course, if the ones insists on pushing out as much """"content""""" as possible at the cost of people's passion, treating people as disposable metrics to pump up the number of shows on your streaming service, then passionless """"content"""" that nobody wants to watch is what you are going to get.
Support the strike, so that there is a possibility that after all this, people can refind their passion and make good, sincere, and human things again.
I guess that's kind of the reason why ELI5 never took off here. People just explain things throughly in normal comments.
Yay?
