The data never leaves the computer. Also this only applies to Copilot+ PCs which only the Snapdragon Elite is. No word if it will come to x86

Nobody is homeless waiting for a home to be built they can purchase. There isn't a physical housing shortage.

Renting (at sane rates that allow saving up a down payment) is a pathway to ownership.

As opposed to what? You're either living with somebody for free or you're homeless if not currently renting or owning.

I really enjoyed Google+ specifically for the Circles feature. I'm pretty sure it was the age unrestricted global Hangouts chats that killed it.. Probably what this scene from Silicon Valley is about.
