Crushing people with tanks
Just a heads up, while it is established that the CCCP killed tons of people on that day, the idea that people were crushed with tanks is disputed in academia and mostly considered inaccurate news reporting.
The famous "tank man" photo shows a guy standing in front of a tank in order to prevent them from moving tanks to another part where the protesters had gone. We have no evidence that he was driven over by that tank.
Since the last major lemmy update there is a federation issue that could be the reason for your problems. Some servers/instances have fixed that problem, some still run on the version that has problems.
Also, the rumours say that the board wants a careful approach while Altman wants to blast ahead without ethical concerns. I'm definitely not on his side
That's actually a quite sensible Statement. Take some lessons from other racing series, move the race to a colder time of the year (tbh I would like to see it gone altogether).
Must be frustrating af to not know at all why you cant drive the car while your teammate drives it to the top positions of the grid.
I personally couldnt care less if he was leading the party at the last elections or not. Nehammer is prime ÖVP, his politics is a perfect example of what you get when you vote for this party.

Just happened here in Austria. Police took 20 people into custody (13 have since been formally arrested) for luring people to fake dates where they beat them up.
The suspects said they hunted pedophiles, but at least in some of the cases they targeted young adults who expected to come to a date with 16-18 year olds.
