2000 - Gore decides to concede during a close recount
2020 - The big lie, an attack on our Capitol, fake elector plot, phone call to Georgia pressuring it to flip, dominion lawsuit, and more.
They do not compare, simple as that.

I said there's significant support on both sides, not insignificant.
I think your confusion is coming from the blame part, anyone who didn't vote for Biden who was able to has some blame imo. We're literally talking about a vote to preserve democracy, any subsequent vote is pointless.
But that's my stance, others may assign blame differently. As you noted, some people might try to put blame specifically on this set of voters, to each their own.
the original post suggested not worrying about appeasing certain people on the issue as there is a significant support from all sides.
That's different than whether people who didn't vote for Biden can be blamed for anything. When democracy itself is on the ballot it's hard to justify voting against it, regardless of some foreign policy grievance.
Some of us pay for premium but still use Revanced and Freetube because they are simply better youtube clients. Sponsorblock, OLED themes, customizable UI, better performance, etc. The adblocking is just icing on the cake
The lists are fortunately pre-installed with ublock-origin, just need to enable all lists within options: Built-in, Ads, Privacy, Malware, Multipurpose, and Annoyances
EDIT: I spoke too soon, saw another popup today
EDIT: Ignore the following, the next day the popup message returned unfortunately
I can confirm, I was getting the popup message yesterday with ublock-origin and was able to fix it by not only updating my filters but also subscribing to all the optional filters. It seems the default lists don't have a fix yet but one of the optional ones does.
I'm torn because your cell phone use sounds pretty healthy but I worry others get a more negative experience overall especially with social media.
Also the idea of anyone prior to high-school having cell phones feels odd to me, when I was in school kids worked summer jobs to buy a phone so senior year of high school was a popular year to get into the cell phone game. I didn't get one myself until I completed college and thought I'd need it for work (I didn't). Hardly use it but it is expected to have once you're in your mid 20s making appointments and whatnot. But do people really expect you to have one in elementary school?
Yikes, defensive much? This isnt hard to find but sure - https://chinapower.csis.org/analysis/2022-adiz-violations-china-dials-up-pressure-on-taiwan/
Sigh - you are not throwing paper airplanes over the Taiwan strait which is roughly 100 miles over the water. Please educate yourself on what China's military is doing. And do you think some poll on who sides with China VS Taiwan on sovereignty matters is relevant?
Taiwan strongly rejects reunification, Chinese rule, and increasingly view themselves as Taiwanese. Why dont you consider their aspirations instead of enabling authoritarian countries to harass and intimidate?
I'm aware of what happened in 2000, don't get me wrong. But my point is recent events have been far more egregious, dangerous and unprecedented.
Trying to compare the 2 is uninformed at best, bad faith at worst.
