This is really nice! I always wonder how people cycle with one hand - I find it too unstable. Maybe I need more practice.
Weirdly enough, I've heard the opposite - that the first game is way better than the second 🤔
Ignorance? I'm well aware of the methods you've suggested, I was just wondering what exactly you were referring to when you said 'fight for them', and what you consider to be the most effective method.
Unfortunately I don't think it's as effective as you think (at getting people to give into demands). Thousands of people protested after Liz Truss' resignation asking for a general election last year. Rishi isn't going to call a general election any earlier than he needs to because he knows the conservatives are likely to lose. That said, yes I do think protests are a good way to drum up support and encourage people to vote. Despite what you may think, voting is important.
In what way would you suggest?
Hah, all excellent points. I think I may need to play SOTN and the original Resident Evil this month for the spookiness.
Very true! A really interesting world/backdrop to set a film in. I'm optimistic
I've read the Neal Stephenson books you mentioned and loved them but I wonder if they're really dystopian? Injustice is certainly a big part of those worlds but I don't find them as bleak and hopeless as some other truly dystopian novels I've read. He seems to explore how new technologies could completely change our societies, but they always feel like worlds that are on the cusp of something new (rather than allowing technology to back themselves into a corner with no hope of improvement).
I feel like people will still continue to draw/paint etc. for the enjoyment of it but perhaps it will be a less viable career choice. Current artists will feel more and more pressured to incorporate some level of AI generation into their process, before they become overtaken by those who have adapted. That could start out as people using AI generated textures or backgrounds within their art for example.
You might want to look specifically at rogue 'lites' which tend to have some form of upgrade system outside of the main gameplay loop. In Hades for example, you pick up certain items during a run which you can use to upgrade your character after you die. Other ones that spring to mind are Dead Cells, Slay the Spire, Monster Train and Rogue Legacy. All of these have generally quite short sessions and each run lets you improve your character for subsequent runs.
Check out Tabletop Simulator - I wouldn't be surprised if something has added these games to the Steam workshop.
The only version of MGS3 to have crouch walking was the 3DS version. The pressure sensitivity on PS2/3 was to control whether you'd aim/shoot, and hold someone/cut their throat. You could walk quietly by using the dpad
Maybe, though I wonder if there's a way for voyager to adjust what is displayed
