I'd be surprised if any of them didn't catch it.
Kirby's adventure feels really modern for an NES game, still holds up great to this day. The difficulty is also closer to what people are used to nowadays, compared to the punishing difficulty of many NES games. One of the few NES games I played through completely.
Okay, also der Westen ist Schuld und, relevanter, in Russland sind alle glücklich und zufrieden. Wie wir wissen sind autoritäre Systeme ja bekannt für unabhängige und vertrauenswürdige Meinungsumfragen. /s
I could continue my current job, working from home as a software developer.
This needs way more context and evidence. Right now. this is not a "revelation" but a statement by an unknown person, without providing any actual comparisons of the 3d models so people could judge for themselves. If there is something to it, it should be easy enough to prove.
People remember, it's more that some people hope that Rockstar will stop their bullshit eventually. PC gaming is in a very different place than it was when GTA V released.
It's tough. A 2-party system where one party wants to end democracy feels like it's already not much of a democracy at all. I can understand the frustration of having to vote the mediocre technocrat as "the lesser evil" each election. On the other hand, the prospect of a second Trump presidency is horrifying and would be a disaster for far more countries than just the US, so I'd still vote for Biden every time if I could.
Considering the majority of Americans are against teaching Arabic numerals, I guess they should do their calculations using Roman numerals or something.
Usenet is a network communication system developed in the early 1980s. Way older than Lemmy, older than even the world wide web.
What a weird way to put it. "Non-human biologics" could be blades of grass or bird poo. You'd expect to find non-human biologics at any random point on earth, in the form of microbes.
We would know pretty quickly if we transported humans and they came out the other side as soulless aberrations because their original just got killed.
How would you know?
Only thing I can think of are maybe the catching mechanics (which are straight out of Legends: Arceus). No idea if these would be considered unique enough to be patentable, guess we'll find out.
