For 3k pounds.... id rather go to a wind tunnel

Ps you can test aerodynamics with golden cheetah's aerolab if you take accurate weather measurements. Its not going to be as accurate as a wind tunnel but it can help with positions or different kits.

Idk about the meeting thing but do not disturb can do this already. Can set up a multiple schedules to auto turn on/off do not disturb and then allow exceptions from favorite (starred) contacts. You can also allow an exception from someone who calls you 3 times back to back in case they're calling you from someone else's phone. And can also allow some apps as exceptions in case you use a 3rd party alarm app or something else that you want to be able to make noise.

Ive waited 25 years for part 2 of Thursday's Where The Circle Ends. I think you've captured the essence of it and spun it into a new statement of our political process.

You're not wrong fwiw.

The difference is 40 years ago when i lacked better judgement, i didn't do things that were condemnable and they still aren't to this day.

These kids have done something current date that is condemnable. Maybe they just weren't raised right and can turn their lives around but it's not quite the same situation. What they did will always have been bad at the time they did it.

In cycling it is because some dentists buy the most expensive stuff even if they are only riding 20 miles once a week. Some years later they'll sell an originally 10k bike, and it has less than a thousand miles on it. Enough dentists have done it that it is now just a term you call anyone who way overbuys their needs.

My old dentist got into cycling after talking to me about cycling. He ended up buying a 10k+ bike even when i told him not to. He rode that summer but after that the bike stayed mounted in his office. I used to poke fun at him for being the meme

I only checked replicate api but you can generate 333 images for $1. Ofc takes some know-how but it's cheap if you can get it set up

I'm very sorry to hear that about your friend and experience. And thank you for your service!

But the answer is simple: it's a cult. They are brainwashed (and ironically think everyone else are the ones brainwashed). So it doesn't make sense and they just ignore that or have cognitive dissonance.

And unfortunately it's just very difficult to dismantle a cult. Just look at scientology/mormonism/jw/etc.

That is entirely up to the author who is creating the original work. They set the license and people can choose whether or not they want to work with the license. If i wanted to use someone else's work for commercial purposes then i would just ignore any works released under a NC license. I'm not entitled to someone else's work just because i need to eat

Yeah your experience matches mine. Id really encourage people to not blanket trash on all mods. It is a lot of work that goes into moderating communities and it is either done by people who love the community, or by someone who loves that power dynamic. I'm not saying all mods are perfect, but give a chance for individual mods to prove themselves. It's generally a thankless job, especially lately. By trashing on all mods we're just going to scare away the good intentioned people and all that is left are the power hungry ones.
