'me chip' isn't correct either

'simple as'... simple as what?

they're not going for correct grammar, they're phonetically spelling the accent and slang

Some people are impatient, and some people just need to stretch the legs. Overall I just ignore what people around me choose to do after the landings and wait until everybody in front of me is clear.

the project has already failed based on the initial release of their "metaverse" VR game. and whatever future plans they may have I guarantee they will either cancel it or release something completely underwhelming.

what you say makes sense, not saying you're completely wrong, but your whole argument is based off the fact that we have already chosen cars. But simply doubling down on a worse solution just puts us deeper in to the hole, instead of making the more difficult decision of redirecting some of our massive amounts of GDP in to larger scale projects (yknow instead of wasting billions on military spending & corporate bailouts) such as making the investment into the development of a proper rail network BESIDE our existing infrastructure, like china has done for example. (not supporting china but it is true that they have made massive progress in public transportation across a country equally large as ours, in a relatively very short time)

Lmao that's an intentional misunderstanding. They are obviously referring to land which has been claimed by a private entity just for the sake of 'land value' because this leads to hoarding and unnecessary scarcity. If one develops a farm on that land, then they should be entitled to a significant share of the profits reflective of their investment of time and resources, but those who dedicate labor to working that land should also be entitled to an ownership share.

The premise is that land should not be snatched up and 'owned' in its entirety, especially for prospective reasons, when the 'owner' is not providing any value through their 'ownership'. This is just greed institutionalized.

In reality, all land belongs to the earth and we are just a bunch of monkeys fighting eachother over fictional rights to that land in the pursuit of power and influence over other monkeys.

this is all intentional
