That and she often dunks on Sorbo, what a queen.

While odd looking to some of us, they were actually right. That's 56,000 "millions" or 56,000 x 1,000,000 = 56 billion. A mind blowing amount of cash.

Yet, annoyingly, much of the press still uses it to disseminate news.

I understand journalism is in a rough spot these days and many are there against their will but something needs to change abruptly. This slow exodus is too slow for democracy to survive '24.

As does decades of systematically defunding education. The decades of leaded gas/paint by prior generations probably weren't helping...

It's sometimes called face blindness but is also known by Prosopagnosia.

None of us like it but most of us, eventually, learn what a trap third party voting is the way the system is set up. When you're young, naive and a bit idyllic it seems like an easy choice. "I'm standing up for change!" you think to yourself. Or perhaps the old "We gotta start somewhere, let's get that 5%!" nugget.

Then you get older and the shit you used watch from the sidelines on TV actually starts to affect your lives. Health care, education, retirement and other life issues show up and that naivety falls away rapidly as you learn that A) it'll take a revolution of sorts for any meaningful change and B) our lives are too short to hope for said revolution. Do we still want that change, absolutely. However, sometimes in life, you really do need to choose between the douche and the turd sandwich.

Ask 100 random people on the street what regulatory capture is and you're not going to come close to half that do. Instead of "don't be surprised" how about we educate people or are least try to add to the discussion.

A firehose spewing ignorance has no time for facts or reading comprehension. That person has 800 posts and over 1,000 downvotes in just 40 days.

It's still there, it's just off by default since people rarely use it these days.

Go to Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars. Pick the Home button or whatever else you want on the toolbar, and just drag it up there. Some items might be in the overflow menu on the right.
