New games don't make as much money as old games that people are nostalgic for. I hate that fact but its what the AAA industry has turned towards

I used it for a good few years when it first was a thing. It's pretty decent when you are close to the server and have stable enough connection. I played quite a through few steam games this way through geforce now. Even cyberpunk 2077 was a great experience on it.

It's a great stepping stone between getting new hardware but once I finally got my PC I just stopped using it.

Now gfn was the only good implementation cause it used your existing steam (and I hear now Xbox) library, instead of being locked to the app itself, so you could even see it as a extension to your setup

I actually have that exact setup currently. My old Google emails are linked to a couple things so I only use those in my Foss apps to access them

I've been into gaming since as long as I remember. My dad played halo 2 when I was a baby. First game I played tho was Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga.

So on the topic, can someone explain why birth rates are so important if it isn't lower then the death rate? I see this issue so much and I really can't find a good issue other then economic reasons

Having a long commute has taught me the valve of going to bed on time. Despite having to wake up at 4am I can easily hit that 8.5 hour mark most nights, just by actually turning off electronics and such. I also sleep really well cause of it.

Before anyone comments I don't have any children so yes I know it is easier for me but this post is for those who are on the same boat as me. You signed that right away once you had kids (which is the main reason I am waiting till I am a very good position in life to have them)

I actually have both a deck and a switch. I'm just too tired before and after work to play on my commute.

No I mean it's actually not possible to do some of the stuff I needed for school. The only way to access financial aid is joining a queue from online. While at the the office. Nobody is in it to ask.

Similarly I couldn't access my accounts on campus since I did not have the app that's on my phone.

Did people forgot that the internet never forgets?

I certainly post and read. I'm happy with my instance currently, but should lemmy.one does something I don't agree with I will have no problem switching.

This happened to me recently. My phone screen randomly stopped working and I triggered the emergency shortcut trying to turn the screen on.

I think this was my main problem with the reasoning being inflation. Everyone focusing on the value of the game itself. My problem is when someone blames something on inflation I think everything goes up in price except my wages lol.
