In Arabic, "habūb" means "blowing furiously." This word has proven to be quite useful to describe the strong sandy winds blowing across the Sudan, but other desert climate residents have also adopted the word. - some article I found.
An arms length. We used to be sorted be height and you put your arm out and shuffle in until just touching with your finger tips. Then arms down and you are at attention and in formation.
I recently saw a pigeon doing its mating ritual trying to attract another pigeon in my yard. That other pigeon had been dead for over a week! That didn't stop the mating attempt. This is also how I picture trump.
Presumably you also take big greasy shits in your home state, so this is real dumb. People gotta poop. Arizona has a lot of beautiful areas and good people.
You are just insulting other people's bodies using this type of response instead of attacking all the things Trump is actually doing wrong.
This is kind of overblown. I live in the Phoenix valley suburban sprawl and there are shopping centers mixed with the suburban zones every 1 mile at major intersections. I can already ride my bicycle to yoga, bars, restaurants, and grocery within easy range. These discussions use Phoenix as examples of bad design but I really don't get it and ride my bike all the time anyway. There are canal paths and stores spread out everywhere in the suburbs.
I raise my own chickens and love them very much. I'd also eat one if they got out of line, and I ate the males as soon as they were big enough (only hens allowed here locally). Its both an amazing food resource and source of joy seeing them every morning and giving them treats as they wander my yard. They are very happy.
I also buy chicken from the store still because I usually raise for eggs only. Point is, I am around chickens every day by choice and don't see it the same way as you.
This is all so thoughtful, thank you for sharing!
I was thrilled when I bought my first home just a few years back and they had a single page hand written note explaining a couple of minor issues, some unusual plumbing, and an apology for a small hole in the wall done by accident during move out day. It was a relief just for some insight, since I didn't really know what to do with a house and was a bit scatterbrained already.
This would be above and beyond expectations in the best way possible. Thanks for the reminder for me to get this started.
