It's because we are going back. Muslims are the scapegoat of the current times, viewed by the whities as the untermenschen. My country is heavily segregated and in this city you can painfully see that. Entire neighborhoods full of white people with almost no migrants and entire neighborhoods full of migrants, muslims, non white people. They rarely come in contact with eachother. The only information these white people get is through the news of through fear mongering politicians. You see it in the vote results.

The area I work in, a heavily migrant area, is a huge marxist party voting area. The area I live in, a mainly white people area, is a heavily anti migrant voting area, despite not even experiencing the perceived 'trouble' these migrant are said to cause (spoiler: it's not that bad duh).

And thus you get entire groups of white people making decisions like the one in the article, not even really including muslim women in their decision making. They make a decision through their white supremacist view and think they are empowering women. The racist idea that muslim women are incapable of making their own decisions and thinking you're doing them a favor by even further policing them is insane.

But that's not the point. The point is that under the guise of neutrality and feminism the choice of these women gets suppressed. I'm all for empowering women and especially teaching young girls at school that they have authority over their bodies and choices but this is not it. You don't do that by banning things but by educating.

This whole thing is distraction, creating problems that aren't there. In my countries some kids are unable to get, for example, math classes for months due to no teachers being available. School results are dramatically decreasing. The teachers that are there are overworked and are constantly attacked by the government. There are actual muslim women not allowed to work only because they want to be able to decide whether or not they wear a headscarve.

All this will do is pushing more muslim girls away from schools like this only to fall into the hands of even more conservative schools where headscarves are allowed. All the while the actual important stuff, like quality of education and teachers' rights, are plummeting. It's a distraction.

And there is no true neutrality in these schools. In a dominantly christian, capitalist and liberal country the education system is a direct result of these ideologies. I was spoonfed anticommunism, liberalism, capitalism, christianity and even white supremacy through this very same school system, despite it claiming to be 'neutral'.

I kinda don't blame them. I used to work in a steel factory and it was rough. Though the thing that made it rough was shit working conditions. I feel like if that improves, working in a factory would be pretty decent.

Some men are so weak that they are threatened by equality and overall comfort in life that they decide that nobody should be able to have comfort. Their brains are rotting away as we speak from all the hateful content they consume.

My dad grew up poor with six siblings. There was never any money to do fun things like have a holiday or something. His holidays were a picnic at the park or maybe if he was lucky go camping at the next town over. He had to quit school at a young age to start working to provide for himself and his family. Had to give away part of his wage to his father. Nothing fun about that. Nothing romantic about that.

He worked his ass off for over 30 years now to make sure his kids don't have to live life like that. And you know what? He is happy that they can live life like they want to. Me with my quirkiness and whatever 'soft men shit' I'm dealing with. Because he knows what it's like to have nothing and not a single cell in his body worships that shit.

Bunch of LARP'ers pretending to be real men from the comfort of their couch. They would fold the second life gives them shit and not go their way like they are used to.

I wonder if they continue their unhinged support of the US while the US is committing suicide or if they have an actual hint of reason and rather follow China into a more stable future.

I swear to God these people are so incompetent it's funny. If this was a Netflix show you'd say it was over the top yet here we are.

This made me think about what my party does. We try to organize from the bottom up. We have a heavy presence in, for example, factories and industrial companies. We have people working at said companies as elected officials right now, voicing their concerns to Parliament.

Apart from the mentioned fraternal greetings from AES we actually co-operate with AES. We have exchange programs with Cuban doctors. We visited Palestine before. We offer educational trips to Cuba. We do aid after disasters like in Spain with the floods.

We have our own free healthcare network in place right now with more than a dozen clinics throughout the country.

We offer courses on Marxism to the youth, we have our own youth cadres and they organize things like free festivals and stuff.

We actually govern in some municipalities together with socdems and greens.

There are other things we do that I can't remember atm but I feel like those are some important things for now. We have our own international commie festival, for example. We organize lots of protests, just to name something. We offer aid to people in need in our local communities. We have our own independent cadres in municipalities throughout the country.

I feel like there is a lot to do still but for a commie party in Europe it is quite decent at what it does. Still not perfect (if that's even possible) though.

Somewhere I think this is all a big scheme to actually push the EU to spend more on defense instead of trying to fuck over Ukraine

Unemployment is sucha bullshit thing to measure tbh. I work in the unemployment sector and 95% of people I see are on and off the job again, working shit jobs for low wages for two weeks, getting benefits for the other two weeks of the months. They live in poverty.

They are not included in the long time unemployment category though. But there is nothing great about their situation.
