Things have been escalating rapidly recently. People who typically parade around as bleeding heart liberals are now fully admitting to their fascism (without saying the word out loud). They get mad when Trumps says shit like this (and they should, of course) but when its the democrats suddenly we can’t keep the same standards. People aren’t ready to come to terms with this, so that’s why things will get worse before they get better.
