I suppose in that respect, it does mean "I yearn!" but I've taken it to mean "Something's wrong!", with the nuance being that he'll want his food bowl filled even if he's not hungry or me on the couch even if he doesn't immediately want a lap.
One thing to mention: The saving throw type should match the means used to resist the effects.
Charisma represents your force of personality, your sense of identity, and your ability to interact with the world around you. This effect targets none of those things, nor can it be reasonably assumed to be counteracted by any of those things. Thus, this should not be a Charisma save.
Examples of effects with Charisma saves are possession (resisted by your own ability to be in control of yourself), Zone of Truth (resisted by your ability to interact with others), and forced planar travel (This makes sense with a longer explanation, but can't really be summarized.)
This should be resisted with Constitution. It withers the bodies of those trapped within it, so naturally should be resisted by how healthy that creature is to begin with. Dexterity is an option, too, but that's typically represented by effects that can be dodged with a split-second reaction without leaving your space.
I started cradling him when he was just old enough to be adopted. Every time we crossed paths, I would say "Scoop!", scoop him up with a hand under his chest, roll him over backwards with my other hand on his butt, and lay him down on my arm like that. Then I'd scratch his tummy and give him kisses, then let him go after a little bit.
Step 1: Find the area of each chunk. The biggest chunk is your main chunk.
Step 2: Find the distance between the closest edge of main chunk and the center of each other chunk individually.
Step 3: Discontinuity of each chunk is area of chunk * distance from main chunk / total area.
Step 4: Total discontinuity is sum of each chunk's discontinuity.
Bolded parts are important. If you use the center of the main chunk, larger main chunk radii make other chunks seem more discontinuous than they should be. If you use the closest edge of other chunk's, you don't account for the entire area of the other chunk.
This will give you a number that is bigger when there are more and/or bigger pieces that are further away, and smaller when the opposite is true, normalized for the total area of the country so bigger countries aren't penalized just because they're bigger.
Not really, the spices are different. Chai has more bite, pumpkin spice is more of a mellow warmth. It's difficult to describe without using American terms, because it's the spice blend we use for pumpkin pie. If you've ever had one of those, then you'll have a good idea of what to expect out of the drink.
I honestly have no idea why this was a problem that Lyft felt needed a solution.
That's preferred, actually, gives them a nice peg to hang the donuts on.
The answer is... kind of, but only really at the lower end.
Countries with very low (around 0) electricity usage are going to be places where food refrigeration is hard to come by, if even possible, and so stockpiling and transporting food becomes more difficult. These places, then, have to grow or hunt their own food, and it's often just enough to get by, especially considering how much hard work goes into it.
Once electricity becomes more prevalent and food refrigeration becomes common, people tend to be a bit freer with their food consumption. This doesnt mean that they all turn into fat slobs, but it does mean that they have the the option to do so that didn't exist before.
Once you hit that threshold, you start to notice things spreading out on the chart, whereas there are basically no obese countries at 0 kWh, outside of a few outliers. I'm kind of curious about which countries are up there at 45% obesity rate and no electricity.
Fleet is an untyped bonus to speed, so it doesn't count because it's not a circumstance or status bonus.
Handwraps of Mighty Blows: Fundamental runes provide an item bonus to attack and an untyped change (not bonus) to damage dice, they do not function. The same applies to property runes: they generally are not bonuses, and thus cannot modify the shape's statistics.
Handwraps do modify your character's unarmed attack bonus, however, and you are allowed to use that instead if it's higher than the beast form's.
Goggles of Night provide an item bonus to perception, which isn't a qualifying type. They have an activation ability that can't be activated.
In general: if it doesn't say it's one of the two qualifying bonus types or a penalty of some kind, it doesn't work. The text specifically calls out an exception for using your own unarmed attack bonus in place of the beast form's, but no others.
"Natural," huh?
Pick 'em right off the fiber-optic bush, do ya?
Why would you say there's only one octave?
Human audible frequencies are in the range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and are logarithmic.
Human visible frequencies are in the range of 400 THz to 800 THz, and are linear.
There's far more available distinction to be made with color than with sound, it just doesn't interfere the same way.
These images, while very intricate and pretty, are not fractals, and actually show a very interesting limitation with AI nowadays. Image generation AI tools such as Stable Diffusion or Dall-E don't actually know the meaning of the words you're using to prompt them, they just have a pretty good idea of what sorts of things pop up if you search for those words.
A fractal is, by mathematical definition, self-similar. You can zoom into part of the smaller detail of a fractal and find the original image, and do the same with the details in the zoomed image, and so on and so forth ad nauseum. Computers are pretty good at making these, once they're given the rules.
What the image generation bot has given you is an image that looks like a fractal, and that's what it's supposed to do. In the same way that large language models like chat-GPT will be very confidently wrong about the information it tells you, and for the same reasons, image generation AI should not be used for important topics that the prompter doesn't already have some background information about, such as generating a map of some place the prompter has never been in preparation for a road trip.
