I swapped to linux this summer from Win10 and have absolutely no regrets.

Actually, that's not true, I do have one regret: I can no longer take advantage of the PC half of my Gamepass Ultimate subscription. It was nice being able to play games on PC that are just better with KBM (recent example: Steamworld Build would be much better on PC than console).

Beyond that one thing, which I will get over eventually, no regrets. Every game I want to play on my PC works perfectly fine so far. I'm not a linux guy. I don't tweak things. I just turn on my computer and use it for normal computer things and then turn it off. Surfing the net, gaming, word/excel type things, Discord, Steam, etc. Everything normal works easy peasy on linux now.

Most average home users could get their computer preinstalled with linux and never know the difference after a day of figuring out where the new "shut down" button is and such. Hopefully MS keeps driving people away so we can get more people on linux so even more things work easy peasy.

I don't hate ABP, it used to be the main one everyone used, including me. Problem is it stopped working well at some point so we all switched to uBlock Origin. I'm glad ABP is working well again, but I'll keep recommending uBlock Origin as long as it keeps working.

Just in time for the only game Sony has put out to make owning a PS5 worthwhile! (Fingers crossed Spiderman 2 is as good as its predecessors.)

EDIT - To be clear, spoken as someone who was lucky enough to get a PS5 on day 1 and almost never uses it. I like the Xbox controller and UI much better and... there just aren't many good exclusives. And a lot of the ones that are good end up on other systems anyways.

My Tesla has been in the shop since November (!!!!!!) because Tesla isn't making enough repair parts. I love my Tesla, but nobody should be going anywhere near them until they get their supply chain shit together.

I wish Amazon worked that way. Sort by reviews and you get random Chinese garbage with 1 5* review from the importer's mom.

I just... will never understand paying money to pirate things. Like if I'm paying money, I'll just pay it to the people creating the content so they create more content I like. If I'm pirating, it'd better damn well be free otherwise, what's the point?

In my mind there's no question: the opening of The Last of Us is absolutely tragic.

You imply that easy mode = grind. I'm not sure why, they have nothing to do with each other. You can grind hard content just as much as easy content.

Futurama for sure. There's so much going on in every episode, it's easy to find new things (or things you just forgot) on rewatch.

I use this one a lot. Also, I've been known to say "mool-tee-pass" when handing over my ID.
