"Look at how fast he's spinnin those wheels. Can't you imagine how difficult that must be for him?"

Me: likes something

Hexbear: asinine. Foolish. Redditor-brained trash that anyone with any taste would know better than to even consider.

Me, totally not choking back tears: obviously, this is so dumb, pshh. Pfft. Scoff. Everyone knows collaberative pixel art is for libs and babies.

Is there a secret competition among these people to try and be the biggest asshole or something? I'm almost impressed with how obnoxious real humans can even be, this feels like it was written.

I don't think it was a reference to the parties of the united states, probably some local thing. Maybe some local infighting between anarchists and communists over methods if I had to guess. Hard to tell though.

"If I ignore the history of a situation, saying anything I want about it is easy!"

People tried to show you, both here and in threads 2 years ago lmfao, what you are ingorant of, and yet you are still just "UM, This is about DOGS, not PEOPLE."

intentionally ignorant

You know I generally think this but it sure is easy to find exceptions. I think it really only works as a policy for "normal" crime.

Like, if there was some fascist leader war crime commiting nazi on trial, death penalty, easy moral choice, no ambiguity about whether or not they actually committed the crime.

This fraud is a bit closer to a shade of gray, but still nothing like "normal" crime.

I would think that "bedtime abolition" discourse is inherently secterian, because isn't so much a real discourse as it is a parody of a discourse to try and make general statements about the validity of anarchist thought. But, I would also argue it is such a mild form of sectarianism that it is less consequential than the sectarianism that is already allowed on hexbear.

But idk I'm just guessing I don't have much of a basis for that

I try to avoid that person, as well as anyone so friendly with the lemmy world admins.

Makes me uncomfortable to have them shittalking me and linking to my profile to downvote in their discord. Maybe I'm just being dramatic, since that isn't that different than the dunk tank community, except with downvotes.

Still tho... I recommend anyone in that "circle" just be ignored and avoided.

Funniest possible?

I think it would be funnier if one of them was getting close to winning, dies unexpectedly from an aneurysm, and then right as the other is on some stage talking about that happening and what it means for the election they also die unexpectedly from an aneurysm.

Neither party would know what to do, and they would probably try to blame each other for assissinating those old fucks.

Dissapointingly unlikely tho

Nothing globally, really, as far as I can tell

Locally, horrible people seemed to become more emboldened, violent, and generally horrible in response to his becoming president the first time. Since they are roughly the same otherwise, I still want a biden win just for the practicality of not getting the shitheads firing their guns in the air, etc.
