Very nice idea! I didn't know there was a wake on lan integration. I should try that for my desktop. :)
Have a look at Nextcloud WebDav:
Nah, it's just a live session ISO with a bunch of media creation tools.
I think the main benefit is that Guests devices on your network can't find and exploit your own devices.
This is also what I use. It ticks all of OPs boxes, but it might be overkill if you just want notes.
- I would assume you'd need to keep updating the DNS record to match the IP you have.
- I'm not. Nothing like that is completely free. I wonder how they pay for the DNS...
The problem with that approach is that some packages on your system will likely be maintained by Manjaro and are not found in Arch, so when your system updates while that package does not, it can lead to breakage.
Go the EndeavorOS route instead, if you want a graphical way a system you can easily convert to pure Arch.
Only Fedora is not making it possible to go back. Every other distribution will still provide an X11 session with Plasma 6.
No worries. Just wanted to throw some alternatives your way, since I think €300 is a steep price for a 4 GB RAM tablet with no upgrade option. :) PS: Didn't know stylus support was a thing. TIL about EMR.
My group plays on one Friday evening each month. It's not much, but as we are all grown ups with families it's just about what we can spare in out lives.
So I would probably move the game to a non-weekend evening and maybe just have 1 per month. If your wife can't accept that she might as well be telling you to stop playing all together.
It's pretty simple. :)
In the gitlab projects page there is a "Tags" section. Click the button to create a new tag, like 0.1.0 or whatever versioning you want, and that's about it.
That way packagers can target versions, instead of just main branch.
Sure, if you call that average. ;)
