IMHO everyone is entirely missing the point pointing their finger at Boeing.

The main issue is the FAA and how it failed to control Boeing. It's obvious a business will try to sacrifice safety for money. But there should be check and balances. Someone making sure a business doesn't do that.

The FAA let Boeing supervise itself.

Just to be clear some of the higher up at Boeing are criminals but so is the cop that told him he could police himself.

I thought it was pretty clear China is an ally of Putin..

Didn't Russia and China do a military exercise together very recently? Chineses bombers were photographed with a Russian jet escort. And it was pretty clear Russia and China wanted to be seen together.

They do deliver embargoed parts to Russia as you said and are training with Russia and not NATO countries.

China is an ally of Russia...

Meh. It's a 54 years old officer. Not some youngster who fucked up his life by diving in a shallow pool.

He may very well have endangered the lives of many people. I usually don't like that argument as it is very conditional but in this case he wasn't denouncing something or trying to be a whistleblower. He straight up tried to make an enemy army more effective at killing Ukrainians (and Germans to some extent ) because he was afraid of their nuclear weapons.

He got off easy. We don't know what documents exactly he leaked but stuff about training/weapons can really change a war. You might pass it as things they already knew but what if they didn't ?

Can someone explain the shape of the state lines of Idaho ?

Is it because of a geographic feature? (The squiggly side)

If I remember correctly the F-Droid team on Android had a lot of trouble getting reproductible builds. I can't imagine how difficult this would be for a whole system.

I remember vividly the day I got a Nintendo 64 when I was a kid. I also had pizza that day.

It was a good day.
