If you have opened a Tarot Pack and use a Judgment or Wheel of Fortune card, and don't get the result you wamt, you can quit to main menu (before the window closes) and continue game to go back to when you opened the pack.
The RNG is fixed when you opem the pack, but you can still pick a different tarot. I now always check these two cards everytime I pull them!
