47% goes to Europe, so 53% goes to other countries. So I am technically correct here. African countries will unfortunately feel the biggest impact, even though the numbers maybe aren’t that high.
Mistakes like this always can happen. For this you usually have technical safeguards to prevent this from happening (like PGP). The military just apparently didn‘t care too much.

Definitely Bitwarden, but there‘s also a new product from Proton called Proton Pass. It works similarly to Bitwarden, but a few features are still missing.
It also has a web clipper, which imo is a very handy feature.
