It really depends on what people consider to be loot boxes imo, yes the traditional Tf2 once or the CSGO once which blew this hole thing open yes.

But does it stop with loot goblins in a game like Borderlands? Or does it stop with Magic the Gathering packs (which are required to play sealed/draft).

Actual gambling involves being able to lose your money and get nothing in return, with loot boxes you always get something. The predatory tactics against children need to stop, but there is no reason that an adult is allowed to gamble, but not open loot boxes.

To me a thicker phone doesn't help, but if it does for you then okey, that should exist.

Why 16? why not 14 or 18 if you are that kind of a dick. Like I understand that some people ask their childeren to pay rent once they get a fulltime job. Heck I have heard of parents who didn't need to money from their kids so they put it in a savings account in the kdis name and gave it to them when they needed to buy a house). I also know somebody who was 10k short of buying an appartement, he had to pay rent to help his parents stay afloat.

My main issue with the far left parties in The Netherlands is that they seem to have no understanding of how the tax system works. They would increase social benefits and tax income and houses more. I have seen plans that if they went ahead with it would be taxed even more, but I already get no financial benefit from the government and we make below the median income.

Of course there are more points that they are better at and this post isn't about NL, but still. I believe that there are a lot of people who don't get financial benefit from left parties winning or from right parties winning. Unless they get rich. And then the more conservative option feels closer to home so ofc people vote more for that. That's why you see so many conservative right governments in the west.

At least that's my theory and one of the reasons why I try to vote on competent progressive middle people. At least when possibile.

Also what separation of power do you mean? Proton is also owned by a non profit and Tuta is just a Gmbh which is owned by two individuals it seems. Changing something regarding the non profit or the structure is pretty hard to do

Tuta is however more open with that you can find their annual report or at least part of it if you want.
