It is not abnormal to see different punishment for people under the age of 18. Good education about sex and what sexual assault does with their victims (same with guns, drugs including alcohol etc).
You can still course correct the behaviour of a 13 year old. There is also a difference between generating the porn and abusing it by sharing it etc.
The girls should be helped and the boys should be punished, but mainly their behaviour needs to be correcte

But to be honest, most headphone jacks on these slim phones suck and even a cheap USB-c to audio jack dongle is better than the average phone headphone jack.
The devices from Fiio show that it is still possibile to create a good quality Android device with a good headphone jack, but we might need thicker phones. I just use dongles or audio players
Discord was really good in the first couple years. Way better than the alternatives in almost everything except sound quality. And getting virusses wasn't as easy as it was on TeamSpeak3 back then.

I tried ot login last week, was able to with the same email and password but it acted like I was a new user. So it created an entirely new account.
On a session I was still logged in I changed my email and password and I ended getting banned on that account.

I am inclided to agree with you that Andy Yen is just an idiot and that Proton is doing it's best to stay natural and make the most of the situation. However their communications team is pretty lackluster.
On another note, the article I linked is an opinion, so while it is laid out pretty well it is probably not telling the entire story. I have a custom domain on my Proton account so I can Switch if it ever goes to hell. I would advice you to do the same.
