Yeah, I think your screen name is a lie.

If Hamas cared about their people (they don't. That has been clear for 20 years), they would accept a cease fire, which only requires they give back the hostages.

Can you link to a single instance of NPR misrepresenting the facts to benefit the Netanyahu regime, or are you just talking out of your ass?

[-] WamGams@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 years ago

Thanks. I will look into learning how to do this.

You are absolutely right.

On the other hand, a person with an addict's brain is going to almost certainly spend their youth, their 20s and a good chunk of their 30s as addicts before they start their path toward sobriety.

As somebody with an addict's brain who got hooked on weed instead of anything else, I am thankful it was weed and I wish all people with my chemical imbalance could have had weed as their poison.

Anybody know if the Mexican cucumber flavor is making a comeback this year?

I only drink Gatorade in the summer, when this flavor is available, bit I haven't seen it in probably 3 years now.

I assume you mean they lean liberal and let's say I grant you that.

Do you think community radio might lean liberal because conservatives don't believe in community and undermine the very concept at every turn?

Do you think NPR could be more centrist if conservatives started believing in building our communities rather than undermine them?

What specifically about community radio is antithetical to your beliefs and would your participation in it help to alleviate those issues?

Because yeah, if the people you hate are involved in community radio while you choose not to, of course you won't be represented, but that was your decision, not NPR's. I think you should actively think about the fact that your consumption of right wing propaganda is silencing you within your community (on purpose). That is your fault, not NPR's.

A true criticism of public broadcasting would be the reliance on licensing British and Canadian content, but again, that's your fault as well since you refuse to participate and help us fund original content.
