Most of them at least (misguidedly) think they are doing the best thing for themselves/the country. Non-voters just couldn’t be bothered to take any responsibility at all.

Nobody knows how long the 9 lives are!
On DB0, we get both sides. It makes for a pretty interesting experience. I haven’t felt a need to actually block anybody.
Maybe I should have started all this by saying I’m not an airport expert. I’m a dude who has flown on planes before.
I’ve always understood the terminal to be the waiting area that the plane pulls up too—in other words, the journey terminates at the terminal gate. Yes, I have only ever seen that area assessable after you’ve passed security—at least it’s been that way post 9/11.
If there is some nuance here where a terminal includes some parts outside of security, just say that. The tone I perceive in your post seems to be trying to make me look like a fool, and I don’t appreciate it.
When you’re the president, you get your documents served up however you damn well please. While it may seem ridiculous on the surface, it is much better to have information delivered to the president in a format that he/she is comfortable with rather than having valuable seconds wasted in a crisis because Donny or Joe doesn’t know how to get their PDF window open again.
Furthermore, new technologies often introduce new vulnerabilities. Keeping things old school is actually a relatively effective security technique.
Basically, presidents are usually creatures of their time, and that time is often prehistoric.
I love “y’all”. It is one of the only things that Texas was way ahead of the curve on. It is gender neutral, easy to say, grammatically correct, and has such a long history that it doesn’t sound forced or intentionally PC.
Y’all is the way. Y’all is the future. Peace, y’all.
Learn a little today, save a lot tomorrow, preserve media for a lifetime.
Is there such a thing as an ad sequesterer? Not necessarily blocking it, but just shoving it in some other window I can’t see, and then letting it play through. Then YouTube gets its ad played, and I don’t have to see it—win/win.
“Lolz, what union?” - My Boss
I have a friend who has slid into a lifestyle that is incel adjacent (he’s not quite fully rage filled against women yet), and I find that it is hard to determine what is voluntary and what isn’t. He is fully capable of getting a job or a girlfriend, but his worldview is so warped by depression and anxiety that he simply self sabotages any opportunity to have those things. He suffers greatly and blames himself a lot, but he is also the only thing that is ever standing in his way.
He doesn’t lift a finger to work unless forced, but observing him over the years has led me to believe that it is all a product of severe anxiety. There is no chance of failure if you never try, and it’s easier to act arrogant than it is to constantly reveal how much you actually hate and doubt yourself.
Sadly, there’s not much you can do for someone like that other than continue to be honest and hope it seeps in. Sometimes I feel like Brandon Novak waiting on Bam Margera to be ready for help, but I still have hope that he’ll see the light one day. Under all that negativity, he is still a worthwhile person.
Honestly, I don’t think we should restrict communities just because they are based on religion. If they run afoul of behavioral rules, that’s one thing, but plenty of our members ascribe to some sort of religion personally and don’t cause problems.
I am a Thelemite and have thought about moving that community here since I don’t use my world account much. I think it would suck if I wasn’t allowed to do that even though the community would not be breaking any stated rules.
