I think the disconnect here is that washing your hair usually doesn't lead to health problems the way washing a vagina does (douching even with water causes pelvic inflammatory disease, for example). It's not nasty (again, shame), vaginas do have smells like when you're on your period. Mine only smelled weird with one partner, and even then I've never had a smell for very long unless there was an actual infection going on. I understand you might feel self-conscious about after unprotected sex if it causes a smell, but it is not good practice to rinse your vagina with water, vulva is ok but not vaginas. Vaginas are self cleaning, semen is taken out with vaginal discharge.

I really wish people would stop with AI hate. So many people on steam were bitching about this, how unethical AI is and not only telling others to not buy the game, but insulting anyone who defended Krafton. My problem is that people see "AI" and shut down. Even when told that Krafton made this AI themselves using assets they either owned or were copyright-free that is run locally on your machine, people continued complaining. This was announced when the demo was out.

Ignoring the points of the argument, you have to tell them to "disengage" with nothing else posted in your comment to them. I have a troll following me around every time I talk about a certain topic and the only way to get them to stop (for a brief moment) is to say "disengage." I've made it clear I don't want to talk to them anymore, multiple times, but still I have to type "disengage" every time they reply to me the same exact bad faith shit they always say.

If you don't want to deal with them altogether, you have to consider blocking them. The troll I've been dealing with has tried to egg me and others into blocking them, they celebrate each time they get blocked.
