Allowed by who? Whether it's legal or not depends on jurisdiction, I would assume, and whether it's moral is up to each individual's morals. It's likely if you're cloning someone's voice that they often are someone that makes their living off their voice, be it a voice actor or celebrity etc.
It's almost like the people who run an ethno-state are nationalistic and bigoted against anyone that's not exactly them

Anyone with a modicum of critical thinking can realize that this is a ploy by and for fossil fuel companies to cling to their social license to keep polluting until they're gone. All we need to do is make polluting less profitable. The means of doing so are left as an exercise for the reader's imagination.
The UK government are set on eroding any right to protest that is left. Please do anything you can. I don't care what banner you do it under, just please do something.
