They need to finally release the usernames feature. That will probably make it much more usable. At some point I managed to convince some of my friends to use signal, but ever since they removed sms support, even I don't use it.
They should have waited for usernames to remove the sms support.

Veganism is caring for the well being of animals.. Veganism is definitely a green flag. Being insufferable is a red flag.
It seems to me you are the one being insufferable. Just because you are not vegan and like eating aninals, you see those who do otherwise as insufferable and self righteous picks and even see veganism as a yellow flag.

I didn't mean a download function. I want to save, as in "watch-later". Save way a "save" works onn lemmy/reddit.
I wish new pipe had a "save" feature. I like to save videos for watching later or whatnot. I am making do with a playlist called "saved" but still...

I think they are unnecessarily expensive for email. I would rather go with tutanota. I don't like having all my eggs in one basket. Calendar/email/contacts in one provider and VPN service in another is the way to go, in my opinion.
