Case in point:

Now i'm not sure if this graphic is accurate, and i've seen other reports that put Stein around 20% in this district, but either way it's a powerful message of what happens when your candidate unapologetically supports and enables a genocide. I wish we could have seen these kinds of results for third parties all across the US, but at least this is a start.

Ukraine has lost this many lives and have gotten to Kursk

Actually they haven't even made it a quarter of the way to Kursk. They only made it to the first small town just on the other side of the border.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Now it's undeniable for liberals

You underestimate liberals' capacity for denial. Nothing is "undeniable" for them.

This is from last year. Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, and the UAE have already joined. Argentina is definitely not going to join as long as that clown Milei is president, and frankly that's a good thing for BRICS.

The rest may well come sometime down the line, and in fact i was a bit surprised that Algeria wasn't among the new 2024 members. I am a bit skeptical about Thailand since it is getting pulled more and more into the US's orbit. Morocco also i have serious doubts about. And Nigeria could go either way... up until now they have been closely aligned with the West, but the trend in West Africa at the moment is toward countries reasserting their independence from colonial powers and Nigeria may eventually start hedging their bets just like the Saudis.

I mean you have Jake Sullivan telling Hillary Clinton in an email that "Al Qaeda is on our side in Syria", you have ISIS fighters getting medical treatment in "Israel" and not one ISIS attack ever (deliberately) targeting the Zionist entity, and oh yeah, Wikileaks who have never gotten something like this wrong directly saying that the CIA created ISIS:

Edit: Oh and then you also have this:

It's a disappointing result and the KPRF needs to do some serious thinking about how to stand out more as a real alternative to United Russia, because it is clear they have underperformed compared to previous elections. However i also think that this is an exceptional election what with the war situation and once things calm down a little and there is no longer a feeling of needing to unite against an external threat some of their voter base which temporarily went over to UR will come back. Still, they have a lot of work ahead of them if they are serious about building up a mass working class organization again.

Utterly disgusting and completely absurd that they expect us to believe this crock of shit. Imagine helping cover up the murder of a child by claiming they committed suicide, you really can't sink any lower... Only one cure for this depravity: 🧱.

Just settler-colonial fascists protecting European fascists... Not surprising at all from the same country that put indigenous children in concentration camps and called them "schools"...

They have done this a lot. You just usually don't hear about it. But this is one of the main reasons why westerners are still so delusional and believe the absurd Kiev regime claims about their interception rate of Russian missiles and drones. Because anyone who photographs or films the impacts or the damage gets almost immediately arrested since the Kiev regime is desperately trying to hide the success of Russian strikes and the utter failure of western AD systems. So the pro-Ukrainian propagandists are able to use the scarcity of footage to give the impression that Ukraine is doing better than they are. They are terrified that if the true picture starts to emerge western support will drop even faster than it is now. And they are probably right.

I am still not sure there will be a "major Russian offensive" in the way that most people are imagining it. I think they will simply continue to incrementally dial up the pressure at all points along the line until the ability of the Kiev regime forces to mount a cohesive defense collapses. I think this is the smart play as Russia is only getting stronger while Ukraine and the collective West are getting weaker, so it's only a matter of time until a tipping point is reached.

Then again I might be completely wrong and the Russians could decide to go for a big flashy offensive just a month from now. Or a year. Who knows. The whole point in a war is keeping your enemy guessing and not telegraphing if, when or where you're going to attack. And that means that casual observers like us sitting on the sidelines are also incapable of predicting with any certainty what they will do.

While all of that is true, it still seems to me as an outside observer that if you're gonna vote for anyone in US presidential elections then right now West is probably the least objectionable candidate. At the very least voting third party is a blow against the corporate duopoly.

However the litmus test for him will be if he ends up endorsing or telling you to vote for the Democrat candidate after he drops out. If he does then he is no better than Bernie and all his rhetoric about the Democrats being irredeemable was not serious.

So i say wait and see what happens, will he remain principled, at least against the uniparty, or will he cave.
