Hello, I have been doing sourdough from quite some time now. My advice would be to search some dedicated channels on youtube. Pro Home Cooks, The bread code, Sourdough journey are all great sources of information. The quantity of information you can get can be overwhelming but the actual process is not so complicated and sourdough starter is actually quite resistant.
It’s worth noting that Ramlan herself points out that “running” Doom using the cells would be an enormous undertaking due to their extremely limited ability. What she did manage to successfully do, however, is use the wall of cells as a display for Doom by rendering gameplay using the illuminated E. coli.
It's interesting but it's not running doom but serve as a display.

Les commentaires du Figaro au rendez vous ! Sinon, comme avec la restauration, ça ne surprendra personne que personne ne veuille faire ces boulots très difficiles, payés au lance pierre. L'offre et la demande, ça devrait marcher dans les 2 sens.
Pollution is not the only issue with cars. In fact, I would argue that this is not the main one in cities. A car has negative impact on infrastructure, public space sharing, safety, etc. Electric or not.
I am surprised Factorio has not been cited yet. This game is addictive!
I guess it's more to avoid drivers to go too wide than a security measure.
