It feels a bit like a phone OS, which is kinda awesome and horrible at the same time. It has gnome disks (or whatever is called, the default gnome partitioner) as an ok alternative to gparted. I have it installed on an old laptop that i occasionally use for web browsing and other light tasks, and for that it's great. I wouldn't use it for anything serious, but it's great if you want just a basic, no maintenance OS.

I belive nuclear and some day fusion is the real way forward.

Maybe try that. Manjaro gets a lot of hate but it saved me that time.

You underestimate how selfish an average human is

I'm hearing a lot about it lately, its one of the distros i never tried. I always assumed its just another preconfigured arch distro. It's hard for me to trust an arch based distro because manjaro once committed suicide on me.

I'm using a 12 year old thinkpad and I'm a mechatronics student. The older your laptop, more techy you are.

You can disable the ads completely, or choose to get ads from brave to earn crypto. I did earn some good change for the time i kept them on, but its not really worth it.
