Why not just make solar roofs over things like parking lots and sidewalks? That way it can provide cover and power, you can use off the shelf panels, and they are unlikely to get damaged.

A lot of people see articles showing how to do something and it uses the terminal and they think that's the only way to do it. In reality, it's just easier to say "copy and paste these commands" than it is to walk someone through how to do it in a GUI.

There is so much good, open source software that I haven't had to pirate any software in years.

As far as movies and TV, the piracy won't stop until the enshittification stops. Usenet and torrents won't go anywhere.

Maybe they should shut down phone service when someone calls in a bomb threat and shut down the postal service when someone mails one in too.

There needs to be a much more severe punishment for the person who makes the fake call, especially if anyone is hurt as a result of it.
