One thing I like about Logitech mice, and I know some other mice have this, but onboard memory to store a few profiles. My work laptop doesn't allow me to install any software so I configure my Logitech G604 on my personal PC, save the profile to onboard memory, then connect to my work laptop.
I'm convinced Trump is never gonna see jail time for any of his crimes, but at least ban him from ever running for or holding any public servant office ever again.
Same, I have accounts on lemmy.ml, lemmy.world, and Kbin.social. I'm just waiting for a good app to be compatible with Kbin. Right now all the apps coming out are geared toward Lemmy.
Well when you see evangelical leaders making millions of dollars and living in multi million dollar mansions and telling their congregation they need to give more because Jesus wants them to have a private jet, pretty sure they're in it just for the money at that point and they don't care about anything else. I mean, anyone can get up on stage and talk out of their ass once a week for an hour and make it sound like God chose them for whatever. The only difference between them and the crazy person on the street is that the crazy person doesn't have a congregation in front of them.
Any particular add-ons for Firefox other than uBlock Origin? I have Tampermonkey and Stylish, but anything else you all recommend?
I've seen Librewolf being recommended as well.
Damn. I've been using Brace for a few years and have generally been happy with it. Guess I gotta find something else now.
I know there's Firefox, I use it on occasion, but I have to get it working the way Brave does. Silly, I know, but I like things how I like things.
After everything went down and Sync stopped, my usage dropped considerably. I was still using Joey and Infinity for light browsing, but I haven't really browsed Reddit in about a week and have been on Lemmy and Kbin exclusively. I feel more engaged here too.
Browsing Reddit just seemed different, like the quality of posts and comments dropped considerably.
I think some apps allow blocking communities and entire instances. I know Connect does and it gives you a message saying that it was blocked but gives you a button that lets you view the message anyway.
Isn't everything entered into ChatGPT used to further train it?
I mention this quite often, but when President Xi made himself president for life, Trump said at a rally "maybe we should try that sometime". Obviously this goes against everything America was founded upon, but we also know his supporters want nothing more. Between this nonsense and Schedule F, and a way for Republicans to basically take over the executive branch, the future doesn't look good for America if he or any Republican wins.
